How I work

I Listen, and I ask you a lot of questions.

With the intention of:

Clarifying the goal / finding and committing to a direction / identifying / overcoming obstacles that block you, and Key Values that drive all your decision making processes.

My questioning helps you see beyond the story you are telling yourself and others.

If you have a clear picture of what you want, then the rest will fall into place; You have to start with identifying who you are, and what you want; and then you WILL get there!

My success rate as a coach comes in my ability to listen properly, to what I am hearing, and to what I am not hearing – BUT what I am seeing and feeling. I have a strong intuition which picks up on a lot of what a person is not telling me. There is no judgement and my clients feel super comfortable with sharing their life story with me.

I host a podcast show called “Inspirational Interviews with Jen Rodd" where I have the privilege of interviewing and sharing people’s life stories.

My clients are:
